1.1 before replacing turbocharger must find out the cause of the engine failure,remove the engine failure before installing turbocharger
1.2 each turbocharger is designed for a particular engine ,so different engines correspond to different turbocharger.Pay attention to the number and serial number shown on the nameplate on the turbocharger before installation,and make sure that it matches the engine.If there is no match to the engine,there are no three packages(see Figure 1.2)
1.3 check the engine,exhaust pipe and intercooler system is clean without debris.If necessary,replace the air filter ,use the manufacturer’s recommended products(see Figure 1.2)
1.4 check the oil inlet and return lines are clean and free of debris,no dirt inside,if not clean,please replacethe new annex(see Figure 1.3)
1.5 change the oil and filter to ensure that the products recommended by the manufacturer(see Figure 1.5)
1.6 check the exhaust pipe installation flange and bolts are broken or crack,if any problem,please replace the new annex(see Figure 1.6)
1.7 connect the oil return pipe ,inject the clean oil into the oil return hole and rotate the impeller by hand(see Figure 1.7)
1.8 start the engine and check all parts are tightly sealed,can be used soapy water leak(see Figure 1.8)
